Hi! My name is Allie Lofy and I am the owner and designer at Pure Joy Ink.

I am a designer based in Southeastern Wisconsin. I have an amazing husband, Kelly, and three kiddos (Tobias, Jovie and Shire). I have the joy of the Lord in my heart and I want to share the gift He has given me with you!

I started Pure Joy Ink with the hope of spreading love and joy through creativity and ink. I studied Graphic Design in college, but am self taught in the art of modern calligraphy. Ever since I was little, I had a love for weddings and events!

I took the leap to full time Mom-prenuer after the birth of my first kiddo, and I am loving being able to work at home while I raise my kiddos and volunteer alongside my husband in Youth Ministry at our church. Our families mission is to Love God and Love People especially teens and their families.

Mini testimony – I chose the name Pure Joy Ink with the verse James 1:2-3 in mind. “Consider it pure joy my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds. Because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.” In full transparency, although I grew up in a christian home and knew Jesus from a young age, I didn’t understand this verse in its entirety until… I faced trials in my life. Scripture is clear – “in this world, you will have troubles” (John 16:33). I coasted most of my life just trusting who God is, but never had my faith under fire and I had no interest in allowing God to refine me. I liked being comfortable. Now, I am thankful for the trials in my life because they allow me to strengthen my faith and know Jesus more intimately. I am learning how to persevere and prepare for when future trials come my way. “For this light momentary affliction are preparing us for an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison, as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal” (2 Corinthians 4:17-18).

Things I love: My family and friends, Popcorn and real chocolate (no thank you Hersheys), paddle boarding, traveling, Christmas time, Youth Group, music and singing, laughing… a lot, typography and fonts, new sharpies and pens, the smell of freshly cut grass and bacon, but most importantly – the saving grace of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. ❤
